Zach and Dan each went above and beyond to locate documentation that an easement, on property we had under contract, had been vacated 60 years ago. The closing company was not able to locate the documentation and suggested we hire an attorney. Zach and Dan not only saved us from paying an unnecessary expense, but their discovery and hard work kept the closing on schedule (in fact the sale closed a day earlier at the buyers' request). We had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Zach!
